Biga is a premium coffee chain with 25 branches throughout Israel, offering a quality and healthy cuisine that emphasizes, freshness,availability, quality raw materials (vegetables and fruits, whole wheat, sea fish, etc.), all into tasty, rich and generous portions.
We drew our inspiration from classical Europe- From Italy, we brought our bread-baking method, made from natural ingredients only (and hand-baked in stone ovens, and, no less important, our name (Biga- sourdough in Italian).
From France we brought the concept of Boulangerie and pastries. In each branch, in addition to the rich menu, which includes a rich and varied selection of vegan dishes and gluten-free dishes, the diners enjoy a unique delicatessen. The delicatessen offers a wide range of freshly baked pastries made of 100% whole wheat sourdough, rye bread with sesame seeds, dips, spreads, cheeses, olives, gluten-free and sugar-free products and a wide range of unique coffee flavors that are specifically imported to Biga.
The branches are decorated with rustic kitchen utensils, as well as imported and decorative serving utensils from Europe, most of which are handmade and are even offered for sale. You can indulge your kitchen with mugs, coffee cups, soup bowls, serving plates and other accessories.
In addition, the employees of the chain undergo training and a personal workshop learning the variety of pastries and dishes offered, and of course - a meticulous service in a European standard.
