Founded in Tivon in 1999, specializes in baking handmade sourdough bread. Baked in a stone oven alongside the pastry production line

Biga is a bakery established in Tivon in 1999.

The factory specializes in baking handmade sourdough bread, baked in stone ovens.

In 2014 the factory was transferred to the Check Post in Haifa and a pastry production line was added. The factory has grown threefold in size, number of employees and extent of production.

Currently Biga distributes its products to the entire nationwide Café Greg chain, as well as to numerous other points of sale throughout the country, totaling about 130 points of sale.

70 employees work at the factory with another eight in the offices.

As part of our marketing strategy, five Biga Boulangerie Patisserie branches have been established, in the Parisian-chic style, all of them based on a healthy cuisine.

The company’s vision is to establish additional nationwide branches of Biga.
